- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please contact us either by email – firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone 01606 832202, but we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange unless it is a defect in manufacture.
- If you simply change your mind for any reason, please inform us within 14 days of the order being placed and we can arrange a refund or replacement so long as the product has not been damaged.
- Refunds are only given to the person who bought the item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition.
- The customer has damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your credit card company.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. They can, however, be exchanged for credit or an alternative item at the same price.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com quoting your order number.
If you live locally to our warehouse the best way of returning your product is to bring it to us.
If you decide to return the item by post you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty upon inspection. If you receive a refund for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be covered by Bike Bench.
If you are shipping an item to Bike Bench you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is your responsibility to prove you have posted the item – we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds cannot be considered if the item never arrives.
