SHIPPING INFORMATION

Click & Collect – place your order and pay online and then collect from our warehouse – Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm only – we will email you to let you know when your goods are ready to collect. Goods in stock can usually be collected the same day.

Free delivery for orders over £50 within a 7 mile radius of our warehouse – place your order putting your full address details into the payment page. If your postcode is eligible for free delivery you will be given this option at the checkout. Postcode areas outside of the 7 mile radius cannot be delivered free of charge.

Flat rate of £12.50 for shipping on all orders containing bikes and scooters – (this includes orders where you purchase a helmet or accessories along with your bike or scooter)

Flat rate of £5 for shipping for all orders for either helmets or accessories

Free Kiddimoto balance bike assembly for any customer who wants us to build their childs bike before delivery – THIS CAN ONLY APPLY TO CLICK AND COLLECT OR LOCAL DELIVERY CUSTOMERS. Please select this option at the checkout
